Official Transcript Request

Graduates and students of the Global Medical Career Training Academy (GMCTA) may request official transcripts by completing the form below. All transcripts are issued directly by the Registrar’s Office and include an official seal and signature.

Transcript Fees

• Official transcripts are $25 each.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after payment and form submission.
• Expedited processing (when available) may include additional fees.

Important Information

Only students or authorized third parties with written consent may request transcripts.
Transcripts will not be released if a balance remains on the student’s account.
All requests must be submitted using the official contact form below.
Please include your full name, date of birth, program title, and year of completion.

Once the form below has been received and payment is verified, your transcript will be processed and mailed or emailed according to your selection. For questions or status updates, please contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@gmcta.com.
