Records Department — Education Verification

The Records Department of the Global Medical Career Training Academy (GMCTA) provides official education verification for employers, background screening agencies, and other authorized organizations.

Verification Requests

• All verification requests must be submitted using the form below.
• Requests must include the student’s full name, date of birth, program title, and year of completion.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and response.
• Verifications will be sent by email from the official address records@gmcta.com.

Important Information

Verifications are only released to authorized third parties with the student’s consent or in compliance with FERPA regulations.
GMCTA reserves the right to verify the identity of any requesting organization before releasing information.
Incomplete or unverifiable requests may result in delayed processing.

To verify a student’s enrollment, completion, or credential status, please complete the verification form below. A representative from the GMCTA Records Department will contact you once verification is complete.
